Starting pitchers must have 50 or fewer Major League innings.

Relief pitchers must have 25 or fewer Major League innings.

11. Angel Sanchez | RHP | Age – 22 | Grade – C+ … Sleeper prospect with a good fastball or solid change-up…looks more like a future reliever to me.

12. Ethan Martin | RHP | Age – 22 | Grade – C+ … Stuff remains very good, but he still can’t throw strikes. Will be moved back to a starter’s role next year, but I wonder how long it is until they put a bat in his hand.

13. Gorman Erickson | C | Age – 24 | Grade – C+ … Upside is limited but he’s a solid defensive catcher with a disciplined approach at the plate.

14. Juan Rodriguez | RHP | Age – 23 | Grade – C+ … Huge arm, but has no idea where the ball is going once it leaves his hand.

15. Jake Lemmerman | INF | Age – 22 | Grade – C … Middle infielder has some pop.
