I’ve seen some footage of Jenrry Mejia recent this Spring Training and I came away really impressed. Tremendous movement on all his pitches. I can’t put my finger on it, but his arm action looks smoother and his mechanics overall look a little cleaner. He also looks leaner as well. Really impressed.

Madison Bumgarner on the other hand has been an enigma. His velocity has been down this spring, similar to what it was during the second half of last year. I look forward to taking a more in-depth look at Bumgarner soon, however.
