  • I’ve seen some footage of Jenrry Mejia recent this Spring Training and I came away really impressed. Tremendous movement on all his pitches. I can’t put my finger on it, but his arm action looks smoother and his mechanics overall look a little cleaner. He also looks leaner as well. Really impressed.
  • Madison Bumgarner on the other hand has been an enigma. His velocity has been down this spring, similar to what it was during the second half of last year. I look forward to taking a more in-depth look at Bumgarner soon, however.
