		<description>I actually like Volquez&#039;s mechanics...a whip-like arm action I see as a good thing because it indicates a loose and tension free arm and is correlated with velocity.  Volquez also doesn&#039;t have any timing problems.  When you are as small as Volquez and throw as hard as he does, you know he&#039;s getting the most out of his body as he can.  They&#039;re risky and I understand he recently had Tommy John surgery, but that happens sometimes.

As for Alderson, his delivery is rough though it&#039;s improved since being drafted.  He&#039;s not the same pitcher he was last year, however.  The quality of his stuff has dropped off a bit and his numbers have corroborated that.  He&#039;s a good prospect, but looks more like a No. 4 instead of a No. 2.</description>
